MEET LANA
Lana Keck, owner and operator of Alternative Hair Wig Salon. Lana has worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years. Her passion has always been working with clients and making them feel more confident in their own skin.
Her career began as a certified hair stylist in 1988, where she received her Journeyman Certificate in 1994. She loved providing her clients with colours and styles to enhance their beauty. Her creative eye and flair for style made this the perfect fit for her.

In 2018, she made the decision to open her own business - to offer quality wigs for those who have experienced hair loss from Alopecia, Cancer, or for anyone who is looking to transform their look. Her goal was to provide anyone and everyone who walked through the door a beautiful, warm and welcoming environment; she has truly achieved this with Alternative Hair Wig Salon.
With support from family, friends and the community, she has gone above and beyond her expectations. This goes to show with a lot of hard work, passion and drive, it is possible to pursue a life long time dream when the time is right.

I purchased a wig and other supplies and was extremely impressed with her service, warmth. She took the time to find the perfect fit for me and trimmed the wig to suit. I also found her compassionate and her studio very comforting. She will be my go to place for all my hair needs.
